What we teach
Ages 3 – AdultDancers are the athletes of God.

A studio with a story to tell.
Our dancers have gone on to Broadway, national tours, professional companies, and the Radio City Rockettes. What hasn't changed is the room itself — faculty who know every student by name.
Meet the FacultyWhy the King Centre?
Over fifty years of dancers — past and present — on what makes this studio home.
The King Centre didn't just make me a better dancer — it gave me a second family. The faculty knew me by name from day one.
I trained here for twelve years and it prepared me for a professional career I never thought possible. The discipline and love for the art stay with you.
My daughter walks in nervous and leaves glowing every single week. You can feel how much the teachers care about every child.
There's a reason families come back generation after generation. It's the warmth, the standards, and the sense that everyone belongs here.
Nancy and the faculty pushed me to be my best while making the studio feel safe and fun. I still consider it my home away from home.
From my first recital to my senior solo, the King Centre shaped who I am — on stage and off.
“Locally grown, nationally known.”
News 12's Positively New Jersey spotlighted The King Centre — a family-owned studio and staple of the New Jersey dance community for fifty years.
“I enjoy teaching children how to perform and how to be on stage. It's such an honor to be able to do that and see them grow.”
“I have many students that have been in over 30 Broadway shows — very successful teachers, very successful in their fields. But that's not why I teach. I teach just to develop a child.”
